Payments: All monthly memberships are to be paid direct into our bank account with your name as a reference. This is set up by you as a monthly standing order. If you leave, please cancel your payment — we cannot do this for you.
Once payment is set up, you will be issued an electronic key fob for access. Should payments stop, the fob is automatically cancelled. First fob is free, replacements are £5.
Pay as you train: Payments can be made by bank transfer (with your name as a reference) prior to training or in cash on the night.

Evening Fitness Membership

Circuit Training
An all-over body workout with timed exercises and short rests. Each exercise has scalable reps so you can push at your level.

Conditioning
Running, jumping, crawling, pushing, and pulling — a big Friday mix-up!

Box HIIT / Thai HIIT
High-intensity rounds with bag work, cardio, and bodyweight drills. Suitable for Boxers & Thai boxers.
Muay Thai Membership
Equipment: gloves, shin pads, groin guard, gum shield, chest plate (females). Available at Raptors or online.
Basic Technique
Footwork, strikes, and defence — then apply on bags and pads.
Bag Work & Conditioning
Heavy-bag combos and power development, followed by intense conditioning.
Technical Partner Drills
Light-contact partner work to build timing and reactions.
Technical Sparring
Light contact only; optional for those competent in Muay Thai or K1 basics.
PT Sessions
Available for Muay Thai, K1, Boxing, or General Fitness. Times: daytime, evenings after classes, or weekends.
